Yum! These were really good. I don’t know if the ingredient label is correct, though. They were very similar in texture to beet and other vegetable chips I’ve eaten, that were processed with vegetable oil, but the only listed ingredient here is radish. The label did not specify whether they were air dried, freeze dried or baked. ( I’m pretty sure there were also carrot slices in there as well, unless there’s some variety of radish which is bright orange and tastes like carrot.)?‍♀️ They were also slightly sweet.It would be helpful to have accurate/more product information on the package.Having said that, if I wasn’t watching carbs and limiting (potential) seed oils, I would have eaten the whole bag.??
