I like the rotating blades and sturdy plastic handle. It rinses clean and is super-sharp. I always wanted to make julienne carrots for coleslaw and other dishes. I'm keeping it in its wrapper because it is so sharp and I want to keep it that way. The cardboard back slips in easily to the plastic front (like old fashioned packaging) and does not have the bubble-pack. I'm going to get another one. It also seems to be not that easy to cut myself since there is no need to get near the blades when using. I highly recommend this peeler.The peeler is easy to use, it definitely saves me time in shredding. The blades are sharp so it makes peeling and shredding effortless.
