The masher is very nice. Fully stainless and the handle is capped at both ends, so cleaning is easy.I bought this to stir wine. I have Huckleberry in the fermenter now, and I was unable to get all the gas out of the gag with a typical stir stick. This 31" masher worked perfectly. A few punches with the tool and the bag/berries are gas free.
