I really enjoyed these pancakes. They were easy to make and the taste was pretty good. I used much less oil to cook the pancakes so they were not oily, just the way I like them. I split the mixture and put some in the oven just to see how they would turn out. They were better fried, but not too bad. I would definitely recommend this pancake mixTaste is good if you add a little onion powder to the mix.Consistent quality.I just wasn't happy with this. It was ok, but just ok.....I thought to try it in hopes of making my kitchen workload easier....but, I suppose you can't beat the real homemade thing. Wasn’t as easy as I hopedI was very dissapointed in the amount of product that i received for the price that i paid..it was supposed to be 6 packages but i only received one little package that makes 6 small pancakes and i paid $ 18.99 for this.It is expensive for one box with one envelope of mix
