A great poker chip set, for a great price (I got it during Black Friday sale) with a cool-looking, sturdy black aluminum carrying case that has a strong handle. The chips are smooth and heavy and of great quality, in my opinions, compared to the mass-produced "dice" chips found in many basic poker chip sets from Walmart or Target and other places. I know this isn't "pro-level" chips like in big casinos or high-end poker rooms or the ones that poker chip collectors would use (those fancy Paulson clay chips comes to mind?), but for the high-value low price point, these are really worth it. Most of all, I really liked that there is no "$1" chip denominations like in almost all the other tournament-style poker chip sets that I have compared to, as we don't want, need, or use "$1"'s in our tournaments, and thus don't want to pay for a set that has chips we won't use. In this set, we will be using and maximizing ALL of the chips and their values, so it makes more sense to pay for what you actually want and use, versus buying a set that comes with 100 "$1" chips and those chips would be left in the case and not used at all. I would highly recommend this set if you are planning to upgrade a few steps up from the basic poker chip sets out there.
